<p>A Pepsico faz neste mês de outubro a degustação dos novos produtos da linha <a href="http://www.eqlibri.com.br/">eQlibri</a> em vôos da Gol entre o Rio e São Paulo e nos principais supermercados do País. A nova linha, que marca a entrada da empresa no segmento de biscoitos salgados com Crackers e de snacks com Panetinis, traz 60% menos gordura saturada que seus concorrentes similares.</p>
<p>A campanha publicitária da nova marca, no ar desde o final de setembro, tem como alvo o público feminino adulto, aquela mulher que desempenha vários papéis ao mesmo tempo e que por isso necessita de um break para si mesma.<span style="color:#333333;font-size:x-small;"></span></p>

<p>A empresa espanhola Jealsa-Rianxeira chega ao Brasil para concorrer diretamente na categoria de pescados em conserva com Pepsico e Gomes da Costa.   O aporte inicial no País, previsto para os próximos dois anos, é de R$ 50  milhões, que serão distribuídos nas áreas operacional,  comercial, marketing, além da construção de uma nova fábrica.</p>
<p>A Jealsa já opera uma fábrica na cidade  gaúcha de Rio Grande, que vai abastecer o mercado nacional com as  linhas de atum ralado e sólido e as sardinhas ao óleo e com molho de  tomate. Esses itens serão comercializados com a marca Crusoe Foods.</p>
<p>Outros produtos devem enriquecer o portfólio da empresa, como o atum em cubo,  o salmão em pedaços, patês tradicionais e mexilhões em conserva.</p>
<p>A companhia espanhola aposta ainda numa linha  sofisticada chamada Fresh Gourmet, de acompanhamento para sopas e  saladas, como croutons, snacks e toppings.</p>

<p>O lançamento terá ações nos PDVs, com faixas de gôndola e cartazes.</p>
<p>A embalagem tem tamanho especial, de 75 g, e os salgadinhos estão distribuídos em proporções iguais.</p>

<p>Estão abertas as inscrições para a segunda edição brasileira do Innovation Challenge, maior competição de inovação corporativa realizada no Brasil entre alunos de pós-graduação e MBA. O objetivo é fomentar a criatividade dos participantes por meio da criação de soluções inovadoras para os mais diversos temas relacionados à gestão do negócio de grandes companhias.</p>
<p>Para a competição, os alunos devem se organizar em equipes de três a cinco pessoas para responder de forma inovadora a questões reais das empresas participantes, entre elas, PepsiCo e Diageo. A competição é dividida em duas fases: a primeira online e a etapa final é realizada no campus do Insper. O prêmio para a equipe vencedora é de R$ 10 mil. Para o segundo lugar, o prêmio é de R$ 5 mil e o terceiro recebe R$ 2,5 mil.</p>
<p>As inscrições devem ser feitas pelo site <a href="https://www.cobox.com.br/exchweb/bin/redir.asp?URL=http://brazil.innovationchallenge.com" target="_blank">http://brazil.innovationchallenge.com</a> até o dia 20 de agosto.</p>
<p>No ano passado, 87 equipes formadas por alunos de 27 universidades brasileiras se inscreveram.  “Nossa expectativa para este ano é dobrar o número de inscritos. Além de incentivar a inovação em negócios, acreditamos no potencial da troca de experiências promovida por uma competição como esta”, afirma Marcos Hashimoto, coordenador do Centro de Empreendedorismo do Insper, que organiza o Innovation Challenge no Brasil.</p>
<p>A versão global da competição é realizada há oito anos pela Darden Business School, da Universidade da Virginia (EUA). A versão brasileira é a primeira franquia do jogo a ser realizada fora dos Estados Unidos.</p>

<p>Menos de um mês da Pepsico adquirir a brasileira Amacoco, a agência de notícias Reuters anunciou que a The Coca-Cola Company está prestes a fechar a aquisição da californiana  Zico, marca de água de coco comercializada nos Estados Unidos.</p>
<p>Pelo acordo com a Pepsico, a Sococo, que tinha 50% da Amacoco, levou sua parte em dinheiro e ficou com a fábrica da empresa em Ananindeua no Pará.</p>
<p>Mas, curiosamente, a Zico importa a água de coco do Brasil e justamente da unidade paraense, adquirida pela Sococo no acordo com a Pepsico.</p>
<p>Se a Coca-Cola fechar a aquisição da Zico, fica a dúvida se a Sococo poderá fornecer a bebida para as duas multinacionais.</p>
